We facilitate the transaction and logistics between you (the customer) and the various third-party vendors whose products are listed on our site. Shipping and delivery details are dependent on the specific vendor fulfilling your order.

Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer shipping to customers within the United States, as well as several other international destinations. Available shipping regions will be confirmed at checkout based on the products in your order.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and verified within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Orders containing items from multiple vendors may arrive in separate packages at different times.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Shoplinc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
